CLINICAL COUNSELLOR

Before transitioning to the field of counselling, I spent six years as a teacher, a role that deepened my understanding of the importance of connection, communication, and creating supportive environments for growth.

I grew up in the close-knit community of Wainwright, Alberta, and those rural roots taught me the importance of connection, resilience, and giving back. These values continue to guide my approach to counselling, where I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and client-centered space.

When I’m not working or studying, you’ll often find me enjoying the simple things in life—reading a great book, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or spending time outside soaking up the fresh air. These small joys remind me to slow down and appreciate the present, something I encourage my clients to explore in their own lives.
